Cervical Spondylitis
My xray report for shoulder and neck area is enclosed. It's being more than 15 days it's paining in my neck and right hand area, especially when I move my neck upright back this pain goes down from shoulder to fingers. It seems to me that my right shoulder is dislocated a bit . I have been visiting a physiotherapist from 5 days .There are few instrument for stretching and formentation with hot machine.He suggested me few exercise. Kindly suggest if I need to consult elsewhere?

Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Your x- ray says that you have cervical spondylitis.if you are feeling relief from your current treatment then continue with your treatment and be very regular with exercises. Use a good pillow which supports your neck.
