Cervical pain,tingling &numbness in legs

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I have been suffering from tingling, numb ness in legs for 1 years. MRI report shows cord c4,ç5 compressed in cervical.&some mild compression in l5 in lumber.I have take treatment prescribed by neurophisician but not any relief yet.pls suggest appropriate consult doctor.
