Cervical  spondylosis
I am suffering with severe neck pain and lower back pain and also the pain radiating to left arm and foot and frequent headache,cervical spine xray report findings are strightening of spine and vertibral bodies shows marginal osteophytes.there are no major changes in lumbar spine xray.please advise the treatment for this and can I continue to work, I am a software professional and need to sit Infront of system 10 hours a day .Is there a complete cure for this problem instead of pain management.
