Cervical lordosis
Hi. Last month My sis just put some pressure on my temple with her weight. It hurted a while nd then it was normal after I ate medicines. Suddenly since 2weeks I have this pain from the back of my neck to the scapula and radiating to my arm fingers and hands. Massaging makes me a bit ok. But then I was Linking this pain and my sisters hurt thinking some nerve damage happend. I use my phone a lot by sending in a complete bent position and also my position always is bent. So got an xray done. And found this cervical lordosis. Im just 20 m so scared. Idk which doc to go to. Should I get physiotherapy done. Please guide me. Im v scared. Should I get an mri done? Is it a hurt to nerves. Pls explain in detail..
