Cervical disc bulge and lumbar disc bulg
Lower back injured during heavy weighlifiting in gym on 15th Jan. Cervical bulge in - posterior disc bulges seen in C3/4,4/5and 5/6 levels. With thecal sac indentation. Lumbar - posterior and foraminal disc bulge seen at L4/5 and l5/s1 level with thecal sac indentation and indentation on bilateral exiting nerve roots. These are the screening MRI reports. I have tingling in both legs.. on left leg felling slight numbness in leftmost toe and on right leg tingling wave goes from inward ankle to thumb. Please advise , how serious is this problem. How long will it take to recover.

I m unable to see ur MRI reports...u are having more weakness in hands or lower legs?.where is the pain radiating?probably can guide you if you could show me ur MRI
