Cervical cerclage Suggestion 13 wk NT Sc
Hello, This is my Third pregnanct I have done my 13 week NT scan which came normal (1.1) and Cervix length is 46 mm closed. In my First pregnancy, I'd Severe bleeding and found SCH in 12 wks usg cervix was 5.10 cm and SCH of 6cm has covered the whole cervix and on complete bedrest. at 18 weeks Cervix measures 2.3 cm but not put a stitch. unfortunately my water broke at 20 wks and had to terminate and boy was not alive at birth. In second pregnancy diagnosed with ToxoIgG positive and on spiramycin medication throughout pregnancy. preventative cerclage at 13 weeks. At 13 weeks scan cervix was 35 mm closed. I was on complete bedrest with elevated foot untill stitch removed at 33 weeks. I had gestational hypertension and at 36 weeks my bp got high and was induced labor. After 8 hours of labor. I delivered a girl. Now with my 3rd at 13 weeks scan i found my cervix is 46 mm and closed and put on bedrest due to Grade 1 previa. Do i need a cervical stitch this time also?
