My dad has been suffering from colon cancer for 5 years. Six chemotherapy are already done 5 years ago Now my dad is feeling pain in the left site stomach wall i have done cect report. but i didn't understand anything about this report sir i request you please explain me about this report !!! how is the report!!!!
IMPRESSION:
Known case of carcinoma sigmoid colon (postoperative status) with recent exploratory laparotomy with partial gastrectomy for fibrotic lesion in the stomach (postoperative HPE negative for malignancy) showing
Postoperative changes in the stomach region with adjacent fibrotic bands along greater curvature and rest of features as described above. Mild thickening along the lesser curvature of the stomach in cardiac region.
Left renal Bosniak class I cyst.

As per the impression u gave the stomach mass now is a non cancer lesion, but he is having post operative changes there that might be causing pain.
Other wise this report looks fine
But can consider getting a CEA done and if a colonoscopy is not done in last one year can get that too

Cect report is suggesting that only operative changes are present there. There was no cancer in recent gastric surgery done. Patient needs to kept on follow up with regular cect/mri/ pet scan as per availability
