Asked for Male, 27 Years

Dear Doctor, I am on TB medication from last 80 days. I read on Google sometimes lung cancer can be misdiagnosed with TB. I am really worried now.I am attaching my scan report. Can anyone please check and suggest the chances of TB or any other disease?

The commonest disease in India,of the findings of your hrct is Tb only.cancer at your age is not likely.Biopsy will confirm the diagnosis. Pl get biopsy of the gland,by transbronchoscopy,or ultra sound guided biopsy.pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.

Best Go for transbronchial biopsy ..
