CEA levels are NOT recommended in a normal healthy person. It doesn't mean anything. People with family history of colon cancer require colonoscopy.
Next Steps
meet your gastroenterology specialist to see if you are a candidate for screening for colon cancer

Who told you to check your CEA level? Your value is normal. Even for hereditary cancers other tests are recommended.
