CEA level rising

My family has history of cancers, my uncle and dad received a cancer surgery for the colon in 2013, post that they are fine now and they keep checking CEA levels.
Considering the same , I also perform my CEA test every 4 months. I am obese and my report for CBC are ok but CEA levels are rising continuously.
My 2020 avg CEA level was 1.4ng/ml
My 2021 leve is 1.9 ng/ml
My level is rising, should I be concerned? I am on, vitamin c, vitamin D and B12 medicine. Kindly guide.

CEA levels are NOT recommended in a normal healthy person. It doesn't mean anything.
People with family history of colon cancer require colonoscopy.

Your value is normal.
Even for hereditary cancers other tests are recommended.
