Hello my tooth have hole in left corner Please suggest me removal of tooth or what u will suggest for this removal or any other choices

You need to take an x ray to that tooth. Picture is not very clear but mostly there wont be any need of extarction you can undergo a root canal treatment followed by a cap can save your teeth. All this can be confirmed only after taking an x ray.
