Just wait for the time . Sometimes sensitivity goes in a few days .However if the sensitivity persists for a long time you need to be concerned. Its better to get it removed if there is pain or sensitivity in the future.
Hello
Give it few days if sensitivity doesn't reduce and if it's position is favorable then can save the tooth by root canal treatment or else you can get it extracted
Wisdom teeth are best removed as difficult access makes cavity preparation and filling compromised.
Also ,wisdom teeth rarely erupt completely in mouth making it difficult to keep area clean .
If sensitivity persists after filling ,it needs looking at again ,radiographic examination may be required.
