It's better if you show us once to make sure there is not injury to the inner layers of the eye. Meanwhile , please start her on antibiotic eye drops - vigamox eye drops 4 times daily

The eye has to be examined by slitlamp. However till sch time,pl use Moxicip eye drops, 2drops 3times a day. Let her have inj,tt, im. Pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
