A 42 yr old male friend voluntarily wants to undergo castration as solution for aggression since teenage and now intermittent domestic violence for 13 yrs. His late father was aggressive even at 70 yrs.
A) He would like to know the pros and cons of castration.
B) Will castration help curb violent aggression?

Initially Borderline Personality Disorder was diagnosed. Later rejected by senior doctors and diagnosed as only anger management issue. Therapy has failed repeatedly. His violent tendencies are forcing wife to either press charges against an otherwise decent & extremely affectionate man.
