Carvedilol dosage
Early liver cirhosis was detected & hepatologist stopped Telmisartan H & started carvedilol 3.125 mg twice. Her BP remains mostly on normal range and lipids are on lower normal range. Cardiologist suggested to take half tablet of 3.125 carvedilol twice. What dose is advisable? Also, after covid Ecosprin AV 75/20 was started prophylactically by physician, took for 4 years. BP n lipids remains around normal.   Due to liver disease asked to stop. Can it cause harm if stopped?
