Care to take while stopping breast feedi

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I have taken tablet cabergoline 0.5mg to suppress milk supply as I want to stop breast feed my baby. This was taken as per advised by gynaecologist. She advises to continue with ice pack, no milk expression.. But now breasts are very heavy and lumpy. So concerned about what all precautions need to take to avoid mastistis Or lump.
