My Tmt is normal,2D echo normal,ecg 4times normal i am diabetic scared of heart attack and due to gastric i get slight heart pain but i think heart attack and if i get headache i think stroke how to come out from this phobia

At ur age if TMT is normal that shows no cardiac risk at all. If you want to see a proof Get CT angiography done will show ur normal coronary arteries. Rest assured ,you don't have any problem.
