I have recently body chekeup ECG echo tmt are normal lipid profile is hldl is 34 ldl is 130 trigliceraides 140 and total cholostrol 190 is these are normal .thyraid is normal.my grand father was die with heart stroke .that is a genetic factor or not my age is 30

If any person gets heart attack at young age less than 50 in male and less than 55 in female then it is considered as high risk of premature atherosclerosis disease for his children. At present value are OK you do exercise and diet intervention and check again lipids. Stay away from smoking.
