What's the difference between a cardiac neck pain vs normal stiff neck. Does cardiac neck pain happen with movement of head? Or it just hurts with no head movement? Just a query

Cardiac pain is a referred pain to neck. There is no local pain/ tenderness and pain is not exaggerated on movement of the joint. It is intermittent in nature Neck pathology will have spasm in muscle, continuing pain and exaggerated on movement of concerned joint. It may radiate to arm or forearm
