Please visit to your nearby dentist n take a new xray n see for the following things: 1.periapical infection 2.Short root canal filling. 3.adjust tooth if having any caries or infection. If you do not find any of above possibilities go ahead n take a cbct scan in which all causes will be ruled out as its a 3d scan n xrays have this limitations. Regards.
