Hi
You need to get an x ray done so as to find out if any problem is there with the root canal treatment done previously or any secondary infection has happened..... if any issues you may need a re root canal treatment... consult your dentist

Hello Sir/Mam..
Please visit to your nearby dentist n take a new xray n see for the following things:
1.periapical infection
2.Short root canal filling.
3.adjust tooth if having any caries or infection.
If you do not find any of above possibilities go ahead n take a cbct scan in which all causes will be ruled out as its a 3d scan n xrays have this limitations.
