Cannot control defaction

Asked for Male, 60 Years

Good afternoon Doctor. i seem to have a peculiar problem I am suffering fro Incontinence specially in the morning between 8 am to 9.45 am. I cannot control the defecation. it comes out watery (Stools). however I can control urine for quite some time. I am 60 yrs and diabetic under control without insulin. Can you please guide me as to how can I avoid such embarrassing situations?
