Cannot breathe, back pain, bruised tongu
I am 34 years old, male, 180 cm (5' 11''), 90 kg (198 pounds)
Last night, I woke up with a back pain. I couldn't breathe either. Changing my position was affecting my breathing and pain level. I went to the E.R, after X-Ray and some blood tests, they couldn't find anything. My tongue was also swollen and bruised but doctors didn't even looked at it

Btw if your chest X-ray is normal and you have pain while moving then it must be muscular so you need to take some muscle relaxants that should help.
About your swollen tongue can you upload pic? That may be some different cause.
