I am not giving any non vegetarian food to my toddlers since 3 months (our local butcher teated positive for covid so we have stopped non veg completely) Please tell me if i can give CANNED tuna to my 3 year old? Its Pros and Cons please.

Yes u can but canned food should be avoided in indian scenarios as we have multiple options available when it comes to food habbits and child should preferably get freshly cooked meal whether vegetarian or non vegetarian diet. Canned food in Indian market are of substandard quality and preservatives and handling problems are always a worry.
Continue to give locally available fresh food. U can definitely improve quality of food with proper guidance
You can if that canned tuna meets international standards of preserving , correct ph and sterilization process .and meets FDA standards.
Obviously good for health rich in omega 3 fatty acids .
Cons ,if not preserved according to standards Bacterial infection can happen.
