My mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer stage 3 C. Her CA 125 marker was 6000 before the start of chemotherapy. Now after 5 rounds of chemotherapy, CA 125 has come down to 226. What more should be done? Whether we should continue with chemotherapy? Or we should opt for surgery?? Her blood reports and creatinine levels are normal.
