Can smoking weed cure the cancer??? I have seen the lots of videos on YouTube which are saying that cancer can be cured by using the cannabis. So is it possible???

Hope you are talking about Marijuana.
Substance extract from these called cannabinoid have been used in many instances in cancer - not for cure but various other symptoms. No one will advise smoking it as most are filled in tobacco together.
No way marijuana will prevent cancer.
