You know there are more than hundred types of cancers.
2nd stage of cancer can be of anything.
Unless you tell what, your question makes no sense.
Take her to a oncologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Just sitting and waiting for miracles to happen won't get you and your friend anywhere.
