Can you have symptoms of pregnancy at 2 weeks?

My wife and I have been trying to conceive for the past one month. She has been feeling quite lightheaded lately and has an increased appetite as well. I’ve observed frequent mood swings too. Now she’s two days late on her menstrual cycle (which is highly regular). So I was thinking if you can have symptoms of pregnancy at 2 weeks only?

If she is already 2 days late on a menstrual cycle then she is not 2 weeks pregnant she is at present 4 weeks pregnant ..so kindly do a urine pregnancy test by kit at home to confirm pregnancy
