Can we get any STD from massage parlour

Sir/mam,
Recently I have visited to the massage parlour 4 days ago, I got massage only no sexual activity nor any handjobs... After 1 day I started feeling burning sensation and mild itchiness in my anus and penis with mild abdnominal pain... I have a fear and doubt I could have get any STD... As lots of customer visit there and the bed sheet and table may contain their semen... Is it possible to get any STD from semen of previous customer.. does any STD spread through bed sheets... I was not engaged in any sexual activity instead of massage only...
