Taking milk is good in pregnancy it is advisable to have atleast 500ml of milk and it's product during pregnancy. It gives you calcium and protein. Adding paneer and curd makes it better. Powder and pocket milk makes no different just properly boil pocket milk
She can take any kind of milk.It dies not make difference but packet milk is much better than powder milk.It provides calcium and protein to mother as well as to baby through mother.curd is also good.
