Can we become parents with 0 Sperm?

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hi.. I got married last year and we are trying to concieve from 1st day but we fail. At last we decide to consult a doctor. All reports of mine are normal but my husband sperm count is 0. All of his sonography report are also normal. No blockage seen. No significant diagnostic abnormality seen. Doctor are saying about test tube baby but i want to concieve natural. Is it possible?? Our urology doctor said its 50%-50%.
