Can TSH get normal with ayurveda
I am taking ayurvedic medicine for hypothyroidism,my TSH is 8 and I want to plan pregnancy. Pl suggest if I can plan or should I wait TSH to get normal. If i plan for baby now, will it create issues

Wait till the TSH becomes normal. But "wait" doesn't mean, हाथों पर हाथ रख कर वेट करना । Wait means that you should start active treatment for Hypothyroidism but plan your pregnancy when TSH is normal.
