I have a soccer tournament tomorrow and a two week overnight camp the day after. My sleep has been off and I can't figure out what to do. I've been thinking about sleeping pills but I'm afraid of what could happen. I usually sleep 4:30-12 now when I used to sleep 10:00-5:00.
