Can't deduce my illness
Hi, I have been trying to get pregnant, consulted a gynaecologist and as i might not have been ovulating so she gave me letroz 2.5, this is my 2nd cycle with letroz. I was tracking my expected ovulation dates with an app, and on my most fertile day i had unprotected intercourse. A day after that i suddenly had a sharp pain in my right lower abdomen, not exactly like cramp and it lasted for some time and faded away. A few days later i had a similar feeling but the pain was mild. My period started a day after my expected date. Earlier i used to have heavy flow for 3 days and 4th it used to reduce and 5th day it would stop. This time i had light to medium flow. It almost stopped by day 4. Last month i have been feeling a little dizzy initially post dinner and now throughout the day occassionally. I had nausea for few days before periods and now I don't. I have shortness of breath. As i had period i am not pregnant. So what is happening to me?

Vaginal bleeding can be either your periods or implantation bleeding which is early sign of pregnancy. Get a pregnancy test done .

The effects of ovulation can get exaggerated in some patients who take letroz. If the symptoms don't subside or become more severe consult your doctor.

Will have to investigate. Since you were trying for pregnancy and had taken Letroz for ovulation induction, even if you had your periods, you must test for pregnancy and also get evaluated with a detailed examination and ultrasound.
