Asked for Male, 42 Years

My wife age 36. She is having PCOD problem. Since last year october she is taking folic acid tablets, APCOD sachets. Since last few months her periods are regularly coming, may be due to the folic acid tablets and APCOD sachets. Two months back she has taken HCG injections and follicular study was conducted. Endometrium 10.1mm and egg ruptured, but she is not conceived. Since last few months her periods regularised, may be folic acid tablets and APCOD sachets helped. My sperm count total conc per ejaculation 63.78 Millions, conc 31.89 m/ml , progressive + non progressive 46.5%. With this details , I want to ask how many days/months after my wife can conceive?
