Can retroverted uterus give back pain?

I am a 29 year old lady, housewife by profession. I have been diagnosed with retroverted uterus. Recently, since the last 3 weeks, I have back pain which is very severe and stopping me from doing my routine activities. Can retroverted uterus give back pain? Will this pain abolish or stay always?
