Can rabies spread through food?
A child was bitten by a dog yesterday and he have taken first vaccination yesterday also. The dog was rabies vaccinated earlier. Now, my son have eaten food from him today. Is it a matter of concern? Any precautions are required?

But complete his vaccination dose as advised
But don't let him feed from his food next time
That is not hygienic many problems are ther if ur child comes in contact from dogs playing with it.
Kids acquire many diseases with dogs other than rabies
Let him maintain distance from the dog.
And if it your dog maintain dogs hygiene well. Bath him vaccinate him give the dog proper food .
