Can pregnancy test show false positive?

Hi! I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on 19th of April and took clear 72 on 20th of April. I had my periods date on 29th of April but it didn't happen. I was so scared and I took a home pregnancy test through stored urine test, toothpaste and soap methods and all turned out to be negative. Then again, today morning I did another test that turned out to be positive. But I doubt, it's false positive. Because I don't have any such symptoms. Neither nausea nor vomiting. Nothing at all. Just a skipped period. What can be the cause? What do I need to do now? Help me please!
