I had laproscopy due to bilateral complex chocolate cyst 6month after laprascopy my report showing 32mms hemorregic cyst in my left over.residual tissue of right ovry is looking sononography.can my cyst go away its own.can my ovry regrow with residual tissue?can I get pregnant in such condition?I have healthy uletrus

Endometriosis will respond to hormonal medications. However whats best advisable is to go for ivf and oocyte retrieval and accordingly embryo transfer. Its of no use to waste time unnecessarily.
