Can laproscopy detect septate uterus
I had ectopic pregnancy in past and had laproscopy. But doctor didn't tell I had septate uterus. I was not told I had thick septa I first trimester screening Now I am 20 weeks pregnant again and I have been told I have thick septa in fundus of Gravid uterus. I am so confused. And worried about outcome. Pls advise But was

Laproscopy cannot detect septate uterus because septum will be inside the uterus and can be seen only by hysteroscopy. As you are pregnant now nothing can be done for the septum. Go for regular check ups and regular growth scans for the baby. There are chances of preterm delivery and IUGR etc so go for regular antenatal visits
