Can l'carnitine be taken while breastfee
I'm breastfeeding mom of 1 year old baby girl. I started workout ...my only question is can I take l'carnitine 3300mg in liquid form. Is it safe to take so my baby should not get affected with this supplement.

There are not many studies to give a recommendation on this supplement. However, after a review of studies, the dose of 3300 mg looks like a very high dose of L carnitine compared to regular supplementation. My advice would be to not take the supplement as the safety at this high dose is not proven.
