Can i take regestrone post miscarriage

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi .. I was 10 weeks pregnant and baby got aborted automatically at 10th week . I have undergone for dilation and curettage procedure and post that , I was suggested to take regestrone 5 mg tablet and avocare tablet for 20 days to balance the harmone changes happened during the pregnancy . Please suggest if it is good to take and is there any side effects ? Will get my periods regular if I take regestrone and avocare tablets ?

Regesterone has been given regeneration of endometrium and cyclical periods at expected dates. So dont worry its a standard procedure. Also wait for 6 months to conceive again
