Sensitisation and allergy are 2 different things. Mere skin positivity test can only mean sensitisation and allergy may not be there. For further information about intrepretation about skin prick test, you can contact.

Your IgE levels seem unusually high for someone with only lemon allergies. It would be better if we have reports of your skin prick test. Also, keep in mind that there are other diseases where IgE can be high. So more details regarding your symptoms and reports would help.
