Can I take ayurvedic med durng pregnancy
I have problem of hairfull From many years I have consulted many doctors but my hairfall did not stop but last 2 years I was taking ayurvedic medicine so 20%less hairfall I observed but from last 3 -4 months again hairfall started I was not taking ayurvedic medicine and now I m pregnant so I was thinking what to do can I take ayurvedic medicine for hairfall

Do you have thyroid problem.Hairfall generally increases during pregnancy.Take a well balanced diet full of fresh fruits , vegetables and good protein diet full of milk and milk products ,pulses, eggs, fish, chicken if non-vegetarian.Medicines are not advisable in pregnancy but you can use some good oil.
