Can i store my breast milk in deep freez

Hi. Im a working women. Im 12hrs away from my baby, he is 5 months old. Im expressing my breast milk. Can i store breast milk in deep freezer for 1 day. How long can i store my breast milk in refrigerator and what to do before giving it to baby.

Breast milk can be kept at room temperature for 6 hrs in steel vessel. Can be kept in fridge, (not deep freezer) for 12 hrs. If kept in fridge do not heat it on gas, but keep steel container in bowl filled with warm water and gradually let it come down to room temperature.
