Can i stop mucolite when i cant see cold
My two year 2 month toddler weighing 14 kg. Had high fever upto 102.8. And mild cold rarely cough.
Dr prescribed ibugesic.
Fever reduced within a day for now
Icant see any nasal secretion. So should i stop mucolite?? I gave only one dose.
Doctor gave zincogut after i said he got loose stool.
But he passed loose stool once only.
So should i give or stop zincogut medicine???

No need of usage of zincogut for 1 episode loose stool
