I am 14 years old and live in the UK. I have recently discovered a lump on my penis and I wish to see a doctor or GP regarding the matter however I would rather not have to go with a parent or family member as it is quite a private matter. I was wondering if I am allowed to go alone, and if so how I could set up an appointment without a parent

You can go to your nearby gp or hospital and get details about appointment. Getting medical help does not require parental supervision so you can go to the doctor. In case you feel shy to attend a gp you can consult online, if required telephone discussion can be done. Tc
