Continue mothers milk till 2 years of age as it helps kids against infections. Cows milk can be started at 12 months. Avoid bottle. Give by wati spoon. She can eat any food you eat after 12 months. You can give a variety of foods now. Search baby food recipes 11 months on Google. Websites like Tarla dalal give many recipes. If she is not sleeping well, create a soothing environment before sleep. No mobile, TV or screen for 1 hour before sleep. switch off lights. Sing a lullaby. Try other calming methods.
