I had PCos before delivery also(3 years back). That time my gynae gave me chirocyst and Metformin500 morning and evening. I lost weight. And conceived
Not within 6 months my weight incresed by 11 kgs and despite all efforts not reduced..plus periods have been irregular from 6-7 montha
I got a self scan before lockdown as the symptoms . I consulted the doc . She gave me dian 35 some hormonal med. Earlier also before delivery i ate thag med and no effect...
But chirocyst and Metformin helped alot.
Can i restart it as my previous doc is not in the same down and online consultation is also not possible
