Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am 22 years old, I want to pospond the periods since I have to go to temple. Usualy I get periods 5 days prior to fhe date. Last month I got on July 03, July 28. So, next I may get on August23 which I want to pospond after Aug 28. From when Can I have meprate tablet ? Please help me soon, I want a tablet name n power and how many to have per day?
