Can I getting pregnant? Or coming soon?

Hi, I am 20yrs old. I am trying to convince a baby. But I have pcos in both ovaries and dermoid cyst in right ovary. I have 40 to 45days cycle, irregular period.  My husband 30yrs old. My last period date 14february 2018 to 20february 2018. Recent a doctor suggested my husband for semen analysis . After my husband semen analysis, my husband's sprem count is 45 million/ml and Motility time:- fully motile: 1/2hr-40% , 1hr- 30% , 2hrs-20% . Sluggish: 1/2 hr - 30%, 1hr-20%, 2hrs-10%. Non-Motile: 1/2hr-30%, 1hr-50%, 2hrs-70%. Morphological test:- normal- 45% and abnormal- 55%. So the doctor suggest me Letroz 2.5 for 5days(day 3 to day 7)and SR Gest 200 for 10days(day 15 to day 24) and for my husband he suggest CCQ25 daily one tablet for 25days and Addyzoa daily one capsule. we are taking all these medicines. Can the possibility of getting pregnant this month or coming soon??? Thank you
