Can i get pregnant even after all this ?

Last period was on 18 nov on . On 29 nov my bf fingered me with semen on his hands aftercwhichbi took i pill within an hour..after 10 days i started bleeding..from 8 dec to 12 dec..only in drops..and it was paining like regular menses also..again on 15 dec i started bleeding this time quantity was high ..and it lasted for 3 days ...although not like my usual periods but more than what i bleeded on 8 dec to 12 dec..this time i m using pads..can i still get pregnant..my breasts also paining ?
